Buying Elevium,
with clarity.
These Terms govern purchases made through eleviumtrentodoc.com. This English translation is provided for convenience; the Italian version prevails.
Scope
Seller and application
The agreement is between Azienda Agricola Saiani Francesco (the “Seller”) and the individual or legal entity placing the order (the “Customer”). These Terms apply to online purchases and form part of each accepted order. Changes apply only to orders placed after publication.
Eligibility
Customers and legal age
Alcohol may only be purchased by people aged 18 or over. The Seller may verify age, including upon delivery. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Products
Features and availability
Essential product features appear in the product pages. Images are illustrative and vintage, label, packaging or colour may vary slightly without affecting the essential characteristics. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be informed and any relevant payment refunded.
Agreement
Order and acceptance
An automated receipt does not amount to acceptance. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order, subject to availability, complete information, authorised payment and fraud checks.
Prices
Prices, costs and promotions
Prices are in euros and include VAT where due. Shipping and additional costs are shown before purchase. The price displayed when the order is sent applies. In case of an obvious error, the Customer may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a refund. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Payment
Payment methods
Payment may be made by card through the checkout provider, PayPal or advance bank transfer, where available. Full card details are not handled directly by the Seller. An unauthorised or incomplete payment prevents completion of the order.
Shipping
Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery is available within Italy, as described in the Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. For consumers, risk transfers when the Customer or a nominated third party physically receives the goods, except where the Customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the Seller.
Customers should inspect the package on delivery and note any visible damage. This recommendation does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Tax documents
Billing details
The Customer must provide complete and accurate tax information. Invoice requests must follow the timing and process shown during checkout and applicable law.
Cooling-off
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from physical receipt of the goods. Notice must be sent to info@eleviumtrentodoc.com before the deadline, clearly identifying the order and decision to withdraw. Goods must be returned within 14 days of that notice.
Direct return costs are borne by the Customer. Products must be carefully protected, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. The Customer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
The Seller refunds payments received, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received.
Statutory exceptions apply, including personalised or rapidly perishable goods. Withdrawal cannot be exercised for bottles that have been consumed, partly consumed or altered after delivery.
Conformity
Legal guarantee and damaged goods
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee. For defective, damaged or incorrect products, contact the Seller promptly with the order number and, where useful, photographs. The Seller will provide the remedies required by law without cost. Damage caused by improper storage or use is excluded.

Law
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Consumer disputes are heard by the court of the consumer’s residence or domicile where required by applicable law. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the remaining Terms.
