Delivery area
Delivery is available only within Italy, to the address entered at checkout. Customers should carefully check the street address, postcode, name on the intercom and phone number. PO boxes are excluded. Remote locations or minor islands may require additional time or specific carrier arrangements.

Shipping costs
Unless a different promotion or rate is shown before purchase, shipping costs €12.50 for orders below €89 and is free for orders of €89 or more. The applicable total is always displayed before payment.
Timing
Preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Any checkout estimate may vary with destination, season and carrier operations. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Exceptional events outside reasonable control may cause delays.

Customers should check the number of parcels and look for breaks, moisture, crushing or opening before acceptance. For visible damage, note a specific reservation with the carrier or refuse a clearly compromised package. Photographs before opening help resolve the issue.
These checks speed up assistance but do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Damage, errors or non-delivery
For broken bottles, damaged packages, incorrect products or non-delivery, contact info@eleviumtrentodoc.com promptly with the order number, a description and, where possible, photographs. The Seller will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law.
